Refund policy

Return window
• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all inserts.

Non-returnable items
• Final-sale/clearance items (if marked)
• Personalized/custom items (if any)
• Items showing wear, misuse, or missing parts not due to our error

How to start a return (RMA)

  1. Email info@healthysushi.shop with your order number and reason for return to obtain an RMA.
  2. Use a trackable service to ship the item back. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  3. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timing may vary).

Exchanges
• For a different size/variant, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover necessary return shipping where applicable.

Refund exceptions
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Returns that do not meet policy conditions may be refused.

Where we ship
• We ship to addresses within the United States. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering.

Processing time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Peak times may add 1–2 business days.

Transit time & carriers
• Contiguous U.S.: typically 3–8 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx.
• Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: delivery times may be longer.

Shipping fees
• Shown at checkout and based on destination, weight, and service level. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly labeled.

Tracking
• A tracking link will be emailed when your order ships; activation may take up to 24 hours.

Address accuracy & failed delivery
• Please confirm your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses. Returned parcels can be reshipped after payment of the reship fee.

Damaged or lost in transit
• Report within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and your order number. We’ll file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
